Quantum

I love it when the spiritual and scientific worlds collide with the same message. In quantum physics, the “observer effect” means that the act of observation forces a particle to take on a definite state that it did not have prior to measurement. This, for me, is the cornerstone of a spiritual life as well.
How we ‘observe’ life, I’ve always believed, influences the outcome. If we ‘need’ or ‘want’ something, what we’re telling our subconscious is that we don’t have it. In the spiritual realm, as quantum physics suggests, we have everything. We just need to move into it.
So by desiring something, instead of knowing that it is already there, we actually push it away.
If you like, try this at least three times a day for 19 days: Look at yourself in the eyes in the mirror and say, “I am now healthy/a successful (dream job), a successful (achievement). Thank you (illness/doubt) for being there, but you may now leave.”
It will seem silly at first, but persevere. Talking to your subconscious like this is exceptionally powerful and although the results may not be immediate, a shift in your psyche will take place.
It’s imperative that we put ourselves out there and let ‘the universe’ know of our aims, but then we have to let go and let God/Quantum do its work. We have to believe we already have the things we are aiming for, even if we don’t truly believe it at first. Strive towards our goals but not attach ourselves to specific outcomes.
Success and failure are both in the box. Believing you already have one of these choices is the key to moving into that reality.
